Event Photography — Booking & Payment Policy

I require a 50% non-refundable down payment at least one week in advance to reserve the date. Paying earlier is always appreciated as it guarantees your event is locked into my calendar. The remaining 50% is due before the event or within 30 days after. I won’t release previews, edits, or the final gallery until full payment has been made. Once paid in full, you’ll receive a complete digital gallery with all the best edited images from your event to download and share. A signed contract is required before I photograph the event to confirm your booking.
